So yesterday I found out that I will be ICT Co-Ordinator for this school year along with D&T. This was of course expected but still the D&T element was slightly unexpected, but I was still very excited about my new role and was looking forward to getting to work on it.
Today some of that changed, it would appear that some in the staff think that the role is really a computer fix-it man or a can-you-plug-my-main-power-lead-in-please man, which isn’t really why I signed up! Still after getting annoyed and calming down again I’m still happy and think that this may die off, or at least stop eating up a lot of my own preparation time (today was an INSET day).
I wonder how I’ll feel at the end of the week….
