Ictopus

Ictopus went live today. It stands for ICT online primary user support, you have to register with the site (which is free) and they will email you once a week with a few ideas with the aim of sharing good practise. This is a light-hearted small magazine that is easy to read. I’ll be printing off a copy or two and leaving the in the staff room for others to read, hoping that they will catch someone’s imagination.

While the site is a good start and I’m really pleased to see a site aiming at Primary schools, they themselves don’t appear to be at the forefront of web technologies… though I’m more than happy to be wrong about that as the site grows and develops 😉
