StoryTop is a site where you can create cartoons with ease. I have had a quick play with it and managed to create this little scene in a matter of minutes.
To make your cartoon you can, as the website says:
- create multi-page stories
- drag and drop clip art to illustrate your story
- add text in dialogue boxes
- create storytelling clubs with your friends
- share your stories with others
The only draw back for use in school is that to save or share it you are required to register.
In the end I used a quick screen grab to get the image for the post. Up until this point I was thinking about using it in class, but having all my children register for a site isn’t going to get me using it anytime soon…
